Terms & Conditions
By working with me, you’re agreeing to the basics below — nothing intense, just to keep things clear and fair for both of us:
- What I Do: I’ll design and build your site based on what we’ve agreed on.
- Payment: I’ll invoice you for the build, and you’ll pay platform fees (like Cargo Collective or Squarespace) directly.
- Ownership: Once the site’s done and paid for, it’s all yours — you have full control.
- Subscriptions: You’re in charge of keeping any platform subscriptions active after handover.
- Liability: I can’t take responsibility for anything that goes wrong with third-party platforms or services.
- Cancellation: You’re free to cancel anytime with a quick written heads-up — just note that I’ll bill for any work already done.
